What is the Relief Credit?
The Relief Credit is a newly launched government program this year that provides up to KRW 500,000 to small business owners with annual sales of KRW 300 million or less, so it can be used for fixed expenses such as electricity, gas, and water bills, as well as the four major insurance premiums.
Rather than being reimbursed separately, the support amount is automatically deducted when utility bills are paid with a registered card, making it very easy to use.

Who can apply?
You can apply if you meet all of the following conditions.✅
[Eligibility]
- Businesses opened before May 1, 2025
- Annual sales above KRW 0 and up to KRW 300 million during the 2024–2025 period
- Currently “in operation” status
Self-employed workers, freelancers, and small sole proprietors may also qualify if they meet these conditions.
[Support Details]
For utility bills and the four major insurance premiums (electricity, gas, water, National Pension, Health Insurance, Industrial Accident Insurance, and Employment Insurance), the amount is automatically deducted when paid with a registered card. That means support is available up to KRW 500,000.
What are the application period and application process?
[Application Period]
From 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 2025.07.14 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, 2025.11.28
※ Businesses opened in 2025 (before 5/1) and applicants using a prepaid card may apply starting Friday, 8/1
※ To ensure smooth applications, a five-day staggered system will be in place from 7/14 to 7/18 based on the last digit of the business registration number
[How to Apply]
The application process is very simple!
1️⃣ Go to Relief Credit.KR (or Sbiz24)
2️⃣ Enter business information (business registration number verification)
3️⃣ Click the “Apply” button → select a card issuer
4️⃣ Complete the support program application
5️⃣ Check the approval status in the application history menu
⚠️_If unused by December 31, 2025, the credit will expire_, so make sure to use it wisely within the KRW 500,000 limit.
