No worries. The paper that we use is certified and safe for food usage. But we don't recommend putting any food that might soak the boxes.

Packative tries our best to ensure that the color is on point, but sometimes there might be slight differences between the screen and the print. So please refer to our guidelines to get tips on reducing color differences!

We do provide spot colors for printing for our users that use our dieline download. To apply spot colors for your print, please select the color as "spot color". You can find more information on setting a spot color through our guidelines.

Yes, it is possible to cancel the order if the production has not started yet.

Yes! Choose your type & size. Keep in mind though, you can not choose the material such as paper or cardboard color and it is not possible to produce a printed sample.
